Change Management

Change management is an important part of ensuring that all FMEA documents (family/projects) content remains synchronized with the product design, manufacturing process, and actual risks they describe. This guide explains how to perform change management.

Initiate Change

Any project member can initiate a change.

Fill in Change Application

Click "Submit" to initiate change approval.

Change Approval

After the change application is approved, the project team can continue editing from Structure Analysis.

Version Management

After the change is released, the version will be updated and historical versions will be recorded.
