Optimization Measures

Optimization is the sixth step of FMEA analysis, with the goal of developing measures and tracking results. This guide explains how to develop and manage optimization measures.

Develop Optimization Measures

• Goal: Develop measures and track results.
• Operations:

  • For High/Medium AP items: Click "Mark for Optimization"

    

  • In the optimization measure list, assign responsible person and completion date, initiate task

    

  • Measure status: Pending -> In Progress -> Completed -> Verified.

Important Process Control

After risk analysis is completed, the 【Project Manager】 role member must submit for review before the project can proceed to the 【Functional Team Review】 node.
