FAQ
This page summarizes common questions and tips in FMEA analysis, helping you better use the FMEA module.
Q1: What do AP (Action Priority) High, Medium, Low mean? What should I do?
- High (H): Action must be taken. The team needs to develop optimization measures and reduce risk.
- Medium (M): Action is recommended. The team should evaluate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of measures.
- Low (L): No additional measures needed. Accept current risk, but must clearly specify control methods in the control plan.
Q2: How to ensure consistent team scoring?
- Use the built-in "Scoring Standard Quick Reference" function (click the ? icon next to table headers "S/O/D").
- Administrators can customize scoring criteria in "Scoring Rules Settings" according to company standards.
Q3: How does FMEA link with Control Plan (CP)?
- The "Preventive Measures" and "Detection Measures" determined in PFMEA can be transferred to the Control Plan module with one click, ensuring information consistency and avoiding omissions.
